Number Seven & Craigmore Catering Ltd is a family run business trading in the catering industry for 14 years. We have 4 separate ventures, including 3 restaurants which offer a range of different styles of both cuisine and service.
One of our company directors, Mr David Reynolds is also executive chef for all our restaurants. Originally from Edinburgh and with over 20 years of training and experience as a chef working in well established and fine dining restaurants, David has taken his expertise, creativity and knowledge and implented it in all of our Number Seven restaurants.
Mrs Caroline Reynolds, another company director, having a degree in Dietetics & Nutrition, offers a knowledge of food and healthy eating that elevates our dishes to the highest standard possible.
Our final director, Mr Kris Fletcher, works tirelessly behind the scenes to look after the business end of the company including the front of house operations on a daily basis in all of our restaurants.
